Located 3 miles from Sidmouth, Starfish is a very comfortable, well equipped bungalow, with modern furnishing and decoration. It is brick built and has a pitched tiled roof, and double glazed. It is located on the Stoneleigh Holiday Village which has sea views across Weston Combe, and is right next door to the famous Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary. The semi-detached bungalow is set in spacious parkland, which itself is located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You can take walks through National Trust woodland to coastal paths which lead down to secluded beaches at Weston Mouth, Salcombe Regis and Branscombe. There are 3 pubs within a 5 minute car drive, all of which do excellent food. There are lots of great shops in the regency town of Sidmouth, with it's lovely esplanade overlooking the beach. It is not far to Lyme Regis, Seaton and Exmouth and if you fancy a larger town for shopping, the cathedral city of Exeter is a 40 minute drive.

Accommodation Details
   
The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 singles. There is a lounge with LCD TV with Freeview and DVD. Patio doors lead to private lawn and picnic table.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with electric hob oven, fridge and microwave. All cooking equipment is provided.

The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower, WC and hand basin.

The property is double glazed throughout, and each room has an electric convector heater. Electric is supplied via a meter accepting £1 coins.  A linen service is available.

Parking is adjacent, with 3 easy steps down to the entrance.

Booking is Saturday to Saturday, and prices range from £180 to £460. Short breaks and weekend breaks can be arranged.
